Simon Bates
Broadcasting legend Simon Bates has joined Gold to present his own Sunday morning show from 8am to 12pm.
Simon's brand new show will be the perfect way to start the day, featuring the "Golden Hour" at 9am and 11am as well the Birthday File.
Simon began his broadcasting career after wrestling unsuccessfully with grammar school and a redbrick university. He worked in the USA, New Zealand, Australia and South East Asia before returning to the UK.
Simon is a Sony Radio Awards winner and has been honoured by broadcasters in the United States, Brazil, India and Australia.
